You’ll find us in the countryside near Grisì, in the Monreale area of Western Sicily. A car gives you the freedom to explore and return to Mariscò whenever you like.

Your home for the week
L’Antica Stalla
Stay in L’Antica Stalla, our independent countryside apartment, created from the farm’s original horse stable. With a double bed, your own kitchen and a private bathroom, you’ll have your own space for the whole week — and the freedom to organise every day exactly as you wish.
Six nights for two, your own apartment and one Dinner with your Hosts. €750 for the whole stay.

One evening, join us around the table and discover a side of Sicilian cooking you rarely find on restaurant menus: the recipes that have always belonged to our family tables, prepared with seasonal products from our farm and local producers.
It isn’t a restaurant dinner. It’s one evening of your stay spent around the table with the people who live here.
October at Mariscò
Olive Harvest Season
October is olive harvest season at Mariscò.
If the harvest takes place during your stay and you’d like to join us, you’re welcome to come along and take part in a real moment of life on the farm.
Olive growing has been part of Sicily’s agricultural history for thousands of years.
Here, you won’t be watching a demonstration created for visitors: you’ll simply be joining us while the work is actually being done.
Make the week yours
Do as much — or as little — as you like.
Cook in your apartment. Eat out while exploring. Add breakfast at Mariscò. Order a Picnic to Go. Join us for another lunch or dinner. Or spend a day doing absolutely nothing.

Turn dinner into a Sicilian Cooking Experience.
Join us in the kitchen before dinner and prepare the meal together, learning the recipes and traditions behind the dishes you’ll later share around the table.
After your stay, you’ll also receive the recipes in digital format, so you can bring a little piece of Mariscò home and cook them again.
